Most Rally bags hold two paddles in the padded sleeve, a 24 oz water bottle, balls, a change of clothes, a small towel, plus your keys, phone and wallet. Totes hold more, crossbody styles stay sleeker. All our bags fit a 15 inch laptop, except the crossbody backpack. Check each product page for exact dimensions.

Yes. The crossbody cut spreads the weight diagonally across your torso instead of hanging from one shoulder, so it sits better on smaller frames than a regular shoulder strap. The strap is adjustable from 19" to 28" drop, so you can dial in the fit that works for you.

The outer fabric has a water resistant coating that handles light rain, courtside puddles and a damp ball pouch. It's not waterproof, so don't drop it in the pool. But a quick shower won't soak through to your phone.

Wipe the exterior down with a damp cloth. For stains, use cold water and a soft brush. Don't machine wash and don't tumble dry. Both weaken the water resistant coating and warp the bag's shape.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or change it. Email hello@rallymove.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. After 24 hours, your order is in processing and can no longer be modified. If it's already shipped you can still return it through our refund policy.

We'll sort it out right away. Send us a message at hello@rallymove.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll ship you a new one, free of charge.

Direct exchanges aren't possible, but it's just as easy. Return your order and place a new one for the right product.

Free standard shipping on all orders. We ship to the US only. Estimated total delivery is 6 to 15 business days: 2 to 5 days for processing plus 4 to 10 days for shipping. We do not process or ship on weekends or US holidays.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, contact us at hello@rallymove.com.
