You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or change it. Email hello@rallymove.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. After 24 hours, your order is in processing and can no longer be modified. If it's already shipped you can still return it through our refund policy.
We'll sort it out right away. Send us a message at hello@rallymove.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll ship you a new one, free of charge.
Direct exchanges aren't possible, but it's just as easy. Return your order and place a new one for the right product.
Free standard shipping on all orders. We ship to the US only. Estimated total delivery is 6 to 15 business days: 2 to 5 days for processing plus 4 to 10 days for shipping. We do not process or ship on weekends or US holidays.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, contact us at hello@rallymove.com.
Yes, you can return within 60 days of delivery. Our team takes care of you, no fuss.
If something is not quite right, just email hello@rallymove.com and we'll find the best solution for you. If a return is the right answer, we walk you through it step by step and your refund lands within 10 business days after we receive the order.
