Shipping policy

We ship to the United States only. Here is what to expect.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states plus DC, including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no shipping fee, and we do not offer a paid express option.
Processing and delivery times
Most orders ship within 2 business days, up to 5 during busy periods. After your order ships, delivery usually takes another 4 to 10 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days of your purchase. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. Delivery times start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking number 7 business days after placing your order, email hello@rallymove.com.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package shows Delivered in the carrier tracking, responsibility transfers to you. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package, or to a secure location.
If your tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around the property, since carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots
- Wait 2 business days, since carriers occasionally mark packages Delivered early
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If it is still missing, email hello@rallymove.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking and we will help file a claim
If tracking shows the package never arrived, email hello@rallymove.com and we will replace your order at no cost.
Wrong address entered at checkout
If you enter the wrong shipping address and the order is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for the lost order. We will help file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement at cost, where you pay the product plus shipping. Please double check your address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because the address was undeliverable, we will email you for a corrected address and reship your order.
Address changes
Once an order ships we cannot change the delivery address. If your order has not shipped yet, email hello@rallymove.com with your order number and the correct address, and we will update it if the order is still in our system.
Order and shipping confirmation
You receive two emails for every order: an order confirmation right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way. If you did not receive either, check your spam folder, then email hello@rallymove.com.
