Welcome to Rally. These terms govern your use of rallymove.com and any purchase you make on the site. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Rally ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Rally, a Wyoming limited liability company, based in the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order we refund any payment in full.

All prices are in US dollars. We charge applicable sales tax based on the shipping address. Payment is due at checkout. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. If a pricing error happens, we may cancel the order and refund you. We are not bound to honor a price that is obviously incorrect.

Product information

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and the actual product. Dimensions and capacity claims on product pages are approximate. If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 60 days and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

All content on rallymove.com belongs to us or our licensors. This includes product photos, copy, logos, designs, and the Rally name. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You can share product photos and link to our pages on social media for personal non commercial use.

The Rally name and logo are trademarks of Rally. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@rallymove.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to:

Break any law
Send spam, viruses, or harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or copy content for commercial use
Pretend to be someone else
Interfere with the site's operation or security
Resell our products without written permission

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

User content

If you submit a review, comment, or photo to our site, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for any business purpose. You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it. We can remove user content at any time, especially if it is offensive, false, infringes someone else's rights, or violates these terms.

Disclaimer

The site and products are sold "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

This does not exclude any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under US law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, even if we were warned about the possibility.

Some states do not allow limits on certain damages, so these limits may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, labor disputes, carrier delays, internet outages, or supplier failures.

Electronic communications

By using the site or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, and legal notices sent by email or posted on the site. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that the communication be in writing.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that comes closest to the intent of the original.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Class action waiver

To the maximum extent allowed by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You and we both consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms when our practices change or when laws require it. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are material we will email account holders. By continuing to use the site after changes take effect, you agree to the new version.

Whole agreement

These terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy together form the whole agreement between you and us. They replace any prior agreement on the same topic.
