Rally ("we," "us," "our") runs the rallymove.com store and respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site, place an order, or contact us, and what we do with it. By using rallymove.com you agree to this policy.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect: your name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other payment providers, who handle card data under PCI standards.

When you browse the site we collect: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.

When you sign up for our newsletter, contact customer support, or leave a review we collect what you share with us: email, message content, and any other details you choose to include.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Fulfill your order and ship it to you
Process payments and prevent fraud
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service replies
Send marketing emails if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email)
Improve the site, products, and your shopping experience
Comply with US legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do share it with service providers who help us run the business, listed below.

Who we share it with

We share limited information with third parties only when needed to run the store:

Shopify hosts our store, processes payments, and stores order and customer data
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) get your shipping address and contact info to deliver your order
Email service providers (Klaviyo or similar) get your email and name if you signed up for marketing, so we can send you emails
Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta) get anonymized usage data to help us understand how the site is used
Fraud detection services get transaction data to flag suspicious orders
Government or legal authorities if required by law (court order, subpoena, regulatory request)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and is contractually required to handle your data securely.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt out request for the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. The opt out applies to the browser and device sending the signal. To learn more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We share limited personal information with advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) to show you relevant ads. Under the CCPA this can be considered "sharing." To opt out, email hello@rallymove.com from the email associated with your account, or send a GPC signal as described above.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email hello@rallymove.com and we will delete it.

Data security

We store data on Shopify's infrastructure, which uses encryption and standard security controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions. If a data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Data retention

We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, comply with tax and accounting requirements (typically 7 years), and resolve disputes. We keep marketing email subscriber data until you unsubscribe.

International visitors

We ship to the United States only. If you visit our site or place an order from outside the US, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site you consent to this transfer. For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms when transferring personal information out of those regions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change or when laws require us to. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be communicated by email if we have your email on file.
