At Rally, your satisfaction matters. If your purchase is not right for you, we want to find the best solution. You have 30 days to try your purchase and make sure it is right for you.

1. Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or change it. To request a cancellation, email hello@rallymove.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, follow the return process below.
2. Resolving Issues
We aim to make things right in the easiest way possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, reach out to hello@rallymove.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution. This could be a partial refund, a replacement, store credit, or something else that fits your situation.
Our goal is a smooth and fair experience for you while keeping our policies consistent.
3. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days to try your item, so light signs of use are no problem. We only ask that the item:
- Still works and looks the way it should
- Comes back complete, with everything that was in the box
- Is sent back within 30 days of delivery
If an item comes back broken or with heavy damage, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full one. Not sure if your return qualifies? Send us a photo at hello@rallymove.com and we will figure it out together.
4. How to Return an Item
Contact us first. Email hello@rallymove.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Follow the instructions provided. Our team will send you the return address and any additional details by email.
Return shipping cost. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
Restocking fee. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. We confirm the exact amount before you send anything back. No restocking fee applies if the item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
Refund timeline. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you within 10 business days about the approval and refund.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@rallymove.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund including any return shipping, whichever works best for you. No restocking fee applies in these cases.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To swap an item for a different model, style, or color:
- Start a return through the process above
- Place a new order for the item you want
This is the fastest way to get your new item while we process your return.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Any applicable restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund can take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement
- We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Customs duties or import taxes paid on delivery are not refundable
Gift Returns
If you received a Rally product as a gift, you can return it for store credit. Email hello@rallymove.com with the order number (ask the giver to forward you their confirmation email) and we will issue a credit for the value of the item.
