Got my Saturday games back
Got pickleball elbow within three months of starting. Rally fixed it. Saturday games are back.

You brace your elbow before every game.
The ache follows you home after you play.
You wonder if your paddle is making it worse.
You tried rest and exercises. But nothing really stuck.
If this feels familiar, your paddle might be putting more strain on your arm than you think.
It's not just how much you play. It's the small shock that travels from your paddle into your arm, hit after hit.
Every shot sends a small shock through the paddle into your arm.
Hundreds of shots per session and the load adds up, game after game.
Stiff, heavy paddles pass more of it on so your arm feels it after every game.

So what if every shot sent less shock into your arm in the first place?
Rally Ease is built around a foam core called SST 2.0. It absorbs a big part of the vibration from every shot before it reaches your arm.

SST 2.0 foam core softens the shock of every hit, so less of it reaches your arm.
A low swing weight of 102 so your arm does less work on every shot.
Still plays like a real paddle soft touch on dinks, spin from the carbon face, no dead feel.
The #1 complete paddle that's easy on your arm.

Got pickleball elbow within three months of starting. Rally fixed it. Saturday games are back.

Six months in to pickleball, three months in to elbow pain. I had a paddle a friend gave me, no idea what brand it was. Heavier. Loud. Bought Rally because everyone in my Facebook group was talking about it. The pain stopped almost immediately. I think because I'm not gripping as tight to control the heavier paddle. Whatever it is, it works.

Twenty years of tennis, never an issue. Six months of pickleball and I couldn't open a doorknob. Switched to Rally three weeks ago and the pain is finally going down.

After three months of PT my doctor said the paddle might be the problem. I asked which one to try. He didn't have a specific brand but said to look for foam core and lower swing weight. That described Rally. Bought it that night. Six weeks later my arm feels normal for the first time since June. The PT was right, the paddle was a big piece.

I've been chasing this for almost a year. Played with a Bread and Butter Loco all last summer and my elbow felt like someone hit it with a hammer after every open play session. Tried two other paddles in between, both were fine but not it. Got Rally three weeks ago and the morning ache is just gone. Same swing, same routine. I genuinely cannot believe this took me this long to find.

Three stars because I personally would have loved a 14mm version for a slightly faster swing. The 16mm is what helps with the elbow I get that, and my arm is in a much better state since switching. Just for me the paddle feels slightly slow on the swing. If you ever offer a thinner version I'd buy that. Solid for what it does.

Got into pickleball after retiring early. Year of playing and my arm was shot from the desk job plus paddle combo I think. Rally has been a real improvement, no question. Marked down a star because the shipping took longer than I expected, almost two weeks. Once it arrived the paddle has been everything I'd hoped. Three weeks in. Arm is better than it has been in months.

Joola was wrecking my arm. Switched to Rally and within a week the morning swelling was gone. Two months later I can play three days in a row.

Quit tennis ten years ago because of elbow. Pickleball gave it right back. Rally finally fixed it for me.

Switched from a Bread and Butter that wrecked my arm in two months. Rally has the same pop without the snap back through the wrist. Three weeks. Big difference.

Read the spec sheet before buying which I actually appreciate is even available. Foam core feels different from the honeycomb paddles I've had. Quieter on contact too which my neighbor at the courts mentioned. Knocking off a star because the edge guard on mine has a tiny chip already after about a month but it does not affect play. Arm feels great. Would recommend with that one caveat.

40 years of tennis, no problems. Two years of pickleball wrecked my arm. Three weeks of Rally and the joint pain has dropped about 80 percent. Worth a try if you're stuck.

Three stars because I personally prefer a more head heavy paddle for the extra punch on overheads. The Rally helps the elbow no question, and the lower swing weight is what does it. For me coming from a top heavy paddle, this feels more balanced toward the handle and I had to adjust my serves. Arm is happier so I can't fault the design philosophy. If you make a more head heavy version I would buy that in a second.

Started getting elbow pain about a year and a half ago when I switched to a thermoformed paddle. Three paddles later, still hurting. Was about to give up and just play one day a week. Rally arrived eight weeks ago. I'm back to three or four days a week with no flares. The lighter swing weight is what made the difference for me I think.

Played tennis competitively in college. Picked up pickleball three years ago. Within a year my forearm was shot. Three paddles later I was about to quit. My buddy who's an orthopedic guy told me to find something with vibration dampening. Rally has it. Two months in. I can grip a coffee cup without thinking about it which sounds basic but it wasn't for a while.

I've gone through three paddles trying to fix my elbow. Rally has actually made a difference where the others didn't. Arm is in the best shape it's been in eight months. The reason I'm at four stars is the grip circumference feels a touch slim for me. I added overgrip and it solved the problem but stock could have been a bit thicker. Otherwise no complaints.

I sit at a desk all day, then play pickleball three nights a week. Same wrist, same elbow. I was starting to feel it during work hours which scared me. Lighter paddle, less swing weight, and the grip fits my hand better than the one I was using. Two months in. Both work and play feel normal again. I'm keeping this paddle for a long time.

Started this game at 62, now 66. Three years of pain, four paddles, one cortisone shot. Rally is paddle five and the ache is gone.

I'd resigned myself to playing through pain at this point. PT, cortisone shot, brace, three paddles, the whole drill. My wife saw Rally on a Facebook ad and pushed me to try one more thing. Four weeks ago today. Pain has gone from constant to gone. I keep waiting for it to come back but it hasn't.

I've played for ten years and was using a head heavy paddle for that extra punch on overheads. Rally helps the elbow no question. Arm is in better shape than it has been in months. Three stars because I personally lose some put away power with the lighter swing weight. For me that's a trade off I'm not 100 percent happy with but my elbow is so I'll deal. Would buy a heavier weighted Rally in a second.

Loved my Luxx but my elbow didn't. Three weeks of Rally and the harshness on contact is gone.

I played number one singles in high school and college. Never an issue. Pickleball did me in within a year. Tried a Six Zero, then a ProKennex Pro Flight. Both helped a little. Rally helped a lot. Lighter on the swing without losing the put away pop. My elbow is at maybe 90 percent now which is the best it has been in eighteen months.

Played tennis for thirty years before switching to pickleball six years ago. Had pickleball elbow on and off for about eighteen months. Tried braces, PT, the Theraband routine, three different paddles in the 200 dollar range. This one was eighty something dollars and it's the one that worked. Lighter feel and zero of that snap back vibration on the impact. I should have started with this.

I'm six foot two and was used to an elongated paddle for the extra reach on dinks. Rally is a standard shape which means I lost a little of that. The arm is doing better no question, and the foam core really does what it says. Three stars only because I personally would buy an elongated Rally if you ever made one. Otherwise can't argue with the results.

I've gone through a Selkirk, a Joola, a Six Zero, a Vatic, and a CRBN. Stop me if this sounds familiar. Each one was either too much pop or not enough or the swing weight was off. Got Rally in February. Lighter than I'm used to but the foam absorbs more than any of the others. My elbow has been quiet for six weeks. I'm done shopping.

You know how it goes. Buy a paddle, plays great for two weeks, arm starts hurting, sell it on Reddit. I'd been doing this since last summer. Rally is the fourth paddle in a year and a half. Eight weeks in and the cycle has finally broken. The combination of light swing weight and the foam is what I think did it.

I'm 46 and write software for a living. My arm was on fire by Sunday morning every weekend. Started taking ibuprofen during the work week which scared me into actually doing something. Rally was part of the fix along with stretching and a better keyboard setup. Two months in. Arm pain has gone from constant to almost nothing.

Work with my hands all day. Pickleball was the breaking point. Five weeks of Rally and I'm sleeping through the night again.

I'm 58 and started after retirement. Six months later my arm felt like someone had been hitting me with a hammer after each open play. Read a long thread about paddle vibration. Rally was the cheapest option I found that had the foam core spec. Two months in. Pain is essentially gone. My wife noticed before I did.

I was about to spend $250 on a Pro Flight because that's what my Tuesday group is using and they swear by it. My wife found Rally and showed me. Same foam core idea, fraction of the price. Bought it instead. Four weeks in. Arm is feeling closer to normal than it has in a year and a half. I have not missed the extra money I didn't spend.

After two years of pain and four paddles I was running out of options. Rally was the last attempt. Two months later I'm back to four days a week with no pain.

I'd been on the courts maybe four mornings a week since November. Around April my forearm started getting that dull ache after every session. A friend forwarded me the Rally page. I'd been using a heavier paddle from one of the big brands. Switched two weeks ago. The ache I used to wake up with is just not there in the mornings anymore. Doing the same drills, same rotation, but lighter on impact.

Just picked this up in February. Got pickleball elbow by April. My PT recommended Tyler Twist exercises plus changing my paddle. The Rally has been good. I'd say my arm is maybe 75 percent better since I started using it three weeks back. Still wear my brace for evening league though. Knocking off a star because it didn't fix me on its own, but I get that nothing does it alone.

Type all day, mouse all day, then pickleball three nights a week. My PT said the paddle was making it worse. Two months on Rally and my arm finally feels normal.

Ordered Rally as a birthday surprise for my husband. Three weeks later he says his arm feels normal for the first time in a year.

Five stars for what it does for the elbow. I'm at four because honestly I wish it came in another color option. The yellow is fine but I'd love a matching navy or something that would not show paddle dings as much. Have been using it about six weeks. My elbow is in a much better place than it was. If you have pain this is the one to try.

I'm a small woman with small hands and finding a paddle that doesn't make my elbow flare up has been a project that took years. Tried 11 different paddles. Rally is paddle number 12 and the first one I'm keeping. The grip fits, the swing weight is manageable, and my arm has been quiet for six weeks. I'm not exaggerating when I say I almost cried after my first three game session without pain.

Came from a Joola Hyperion 3 which was wrecking my arm. The Rally feels noticeably different on touch shots. Took me about two weeks to adjust the soft game. Once I did, the difference in my arm was huge. Knocking off a star for the adjustment period but in fairness that's on me not the paddle. Glad I switched.

Started pickleball at the beginning of the year. Loved it from day one. Then somewhere around month four my right arm started killing me, the one I hold the paddle with. A friend in my women's morning group sent me here. I've had this paddle for about a month and the difference is real. I can play three games in a row again without taking ibuprofen after.

The paddle itself is great. Elbow has improved a lot, like more than I expected for a paddle that wasn't 200 dollars. Three stars because my order took ten days to arrive when I was promised four. Customer service was responsive when I emailed but it didn't speed anything up. Once it got here things have been good. Just be aware of the shipping if you're in the southwest like me.

Owl, Vatic, ProKennex, Engage, two Six Zeros. None of them fully fixed it. Rally is the first one I've kept past month two.

Desk job plus pickleball was the multiplier I didn't notice. Six weeks of Rally and my arm is improving steadily.

Dad is 71, plays four times a week, complaining about his elbow for over a year. Got Rally for his birthday. He likes the paddle a lot, says his arm feels better than it did. Took off a star because he had to add overgrip for his hand which has shrunk a little with arthritis. Stock grip was a hair slim for him. Otherwise he says it's been a difference maker.

A sports doc on Instagram pointed me here because of the foam core. Three weeks in. Pain from a 6 to a 2.

I'm 67 and I love this game too much to stop. Three weeks of Rally and I'm sleeping without the brace for the first time in I don't know how long.

My husband Dave got pickleball elbow eight months ago. Refused to slow down. Tried two paddles on his own, neither helped. I ordered Rally without telling him. He's been using it for a month. Texts me from the courts when he beats someone who couldn't believe an 80 dollar paddle could play this well. Worth every penny for me.

Tom's a stubborn man. He'd been favoring his arm for months without saying anything. I'd watch him wince picking up his coffee. Ordered Rally because his pickleball buddy mentioned it in a group text. Two weeks in and the wincing has stopped. He hasn't said thank you because that's not his way, but he hasn't switched paddles either which from him is the highest compliment.

Tom's been complaining about his elbow for ages but won't quit pickleball. He's stubborn. I ordered this without telling him as a Father's Day surprise. He's been using it for almost two weeks now. He hasn't said anything except that his arm feels normal again. From him that's basically a glowing review. I'll take it.

By December the elbow was killing me Sunday nights. Switched to Rally two weeks ago. Sleeping without ibuprofen for the first time in months.

WFH since 2020, picked up pickleball during the pandemic. My forearm has been the same arm for everything. Mouse, paddle, phone, baby. Got pickleball elbow last summer. Tried physical therapy, an ergonomic mouse, and finally a different paddle. The Rally was the last piece. Four weeks in and my mornings are pain free for the first time in a year.
Don't decide in your living room. Give Rally Ease 60 days of real games. If your arm isn't convinced, send it back.
For most players, yes. The foam core absorbs vibration before it travels up your wrist, and the lower swing weight means your arm works less on every shot. Around 7 out of 10 pickleball elbow cases come from the paddle itself, and this paddle is built for that. Not a magic fix. If your pain comes from your technique or a grip that does not fit your hand, you will need to work on those too.
Most paddles get designed for power or spin first, then add an elbow friendly claim later. This one was built backwards, starting from the arm. Foam core instead of honeycomb. Lower swing weight than the average paddle. A grip that fits most hands without extra wraps. The result is less vibration on every shot without giving up the pop you actually want.
Average weight is 8.11 oz, give or take a few grams. That puts it in the standard range for paddles. What matters more for your elbow is the swing weight. It is lower than average because the foam core keeps mass closer to the handle. Your arm does less work on every swing, and that adds up over a long session.
The carbon face keeps the pop on clean hits. Compared to a head heavy paddle you give up a little put away power, but you gain control and your arm stops complaining. Most players do not notice a real drop in their game after the first week of adjustment.
Some players notice on day one because each swing transfers less vibration. For most, the morning ache eases within two to three weeks. Full pain reduction usually takes four to six weeks, often combined with stretching, rest, and a Tyler Twist routine your PT will know.
