You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or change it. Email hello@rallymove.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. After 24 hours, your order is in processing and can no longer be modified. If it's already shipped you can still return it through our refund policy.

We'll sort it out right away. Send us a message at hello@rallymove.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll ship you a new one, free of charge.

Free standard shipping on all orders. We ship to the US only. Most orders ship in 2 business days. Up to 5 during peak. Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
