Overview

Every pair of Rally Vision glasses comes with a free 1 year limited warranty. You can extend it to 2 years at checkout. Your warranty starts the day after your order is delivered. There is nothing to register and no activation needed. Just keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

This warranty is separate from our 30 day return policy. The return window is for changing your mind. The warranty is for manufacturing defects.

What is covered

We warrant that your Rally Vision glasses are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the length of your warranty period. This covers the parts that make the product work:

The camera and recording
The microphones and speakers
The battery and charging
The lenses
The frame and hinges

If one of these fails because of a manufacturing defect during your warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What is not covered

Some things fall outside the warranty. These are:

Normal wear over time, including small scratches on the lenses or frame
Accidental damage, drops, crashes, or sitting on your glasses
Water damage beyond the level the product is rated for
Lost or stolen glasses
Damage from a repair or change made by anyone other than Rally

How to make a claim

Send one email to hello@rallymove.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or a short clip helps us sort it fast. We reply within 2 business days and sort out a repair or replacement.

Arrived damaged

If your glasses arrive damaged in transit, let us know within 7 days of delivery at hello@rallymove.com. Send a photo of the damage and the packaging and we will replace them right away.

Extending to 2 years

The 2 year extended warranty covers the same defects as the standard warranty, for 2 full years from delivery instead of 1. You add it at checkout for 29 dollars. Everything else in this policy stays the same.

Your rights

This warranty is provided by Rally and gives you specific rights. It is the only warranty we provide for your Rally Vision glasses. It does not take away or limit the statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your state. Those rights apply on top of this warranty and cannot be waived.
